Do you dare to feel?

A real hack to build personality and attraction is the ability to be felt in a room. That works based on your ability to feel your own feelings. In other words, daring to feel increases your charisma. It's easy to see when people are passionate.

But what about the so-called negative emotions?

We are taught to push them away, breathe them away, distract them away.
What if allowing yourself to feel them was the way to move through them in a more healthy way? I know this could feel like anarchy. It does for me.

This post is written to take a stand for more permission to actually feel. In the name of #mentalhealth #mentalwellbeing as well as leadership presence.

Feel your anger, your sadness, your out-of-control. A great way to do that is to move it through your body. Personally dancing it out to loud music works for me and there are many roads to Rome (and other places). I am aware this is not a tip for your open office environment (although I'd love to see that). I am posting this to take a stand for permission to allow your emotions and feelings as a valid experience.
