Sep 01, 2023When you choose to focus and flick that switch with an effective mantra like “toughen up”, you can find your centre and allow your brilliance to shine.
It’s an efficient way to ‘get on with it!’ and succeed. If you haven’t yet, use it.
That freedom is exactly what I’m getting to with my “soften up” approach- just from the other side.
So, we both want our clients in their zone of genius, in their freedom.
We simply use different vantage points.
And both are brilliant, actually.
Why would we put a “versus” in a place where a hyphen could bring the two together:
