Is Perfectionism always a dysfunction?⠀

Dec 27, 2022

If you worry about never being good enough and driving yourself from that fear- I can vouch for healthier success strategies. If you have to keep pleasing to fit in - that's not conducive. I agree.⠀

I hear the term perfectionist getting a bad rep these days. And if you're pathologically unhappy about everything you do- there is something to change. Yes. BUT. Please don't give up on your high standards. In our instant society, too many are quick to add their next thing to the noise and get out, get loud for the sake of being heard. If you have standards you uphold - I honour you. Thank you for putting thought and effort into your contributions. If you have a reputation and a skill to bring, high standards only reflect your quality. It's a good thing. Put care and thought into how you present yourself. Not from a place of not good enough-ness but from a place of creating a quality product and letting us see and feel you. That is what being professional means.⠀

It's always easier said than done. This is why we work in a safe setting, not just with cheerleading but high-impact, high-quality coaching. I am passionate about you learning to effectively express yourself and your personal brand.⠀
And I know how to coach, guide and teach you. No actor goes on set without a director. Surround yourself with quality.⠀

If you set high standards for yourself and your business, let's have a conversation.
