Background:
I have 20+ years experience in the coaching field. I received my first certification in 2003 and never stopped training/learning, so I can bring you the tools and insights that really work.
I have been most influenced by the work of Michael Neill, Rich Litvin, Richard Bandler, Steve Hardison, Kathrin Weishaupl, Brian Whetten, Marianne Williamson, Mayonah Bliss, Brandon Lucero.
20+ years experience as an international entertainer. Having had to heal my dysfunctional voice gave me the edge to understand what tensions are held in human voices and how to release them for more resonance and sustainable vocal production. This is very useful for high-level speakers.
I have signed record deals with ie, Sony music, performed worldwide, and was seen on TV. I starred in the national theatre at age 13, I have 5 published CDs and performed on stage and TV since the age of 5, so I understand pressure, irrational fears, big dreams, and also big disappointments that are part of navigating life as a high performer.
I have produced and performed One woman shows in Thailand, Germany, and NY and learned to captivate audiences for 1-3 hours at a time with just me on stage- and sometimes a pianist.
I have improvised workshops and seminars of 3 hours to 3 days and love teaching the art of speaking from the heart.
I have performed and written stand-up comedy as a German female in the UK, which helps my clients understand storytelling, making a point, and adding a punch to their presence and speaking. I have learned to guide human minds through mirth so that you can create more enlivened messaging and allow the power of fun in your life and business.
As the mother of two children born with health complications (One requires ongoing nursing care), I have learned to appreciate life and challenges and how to create in adversity. I have authored three books and one comic and contributed chapters to other publications in times of very little sleep.
As a woman with great desires, I have been fascinated by the world of Feminine leadership and how we can harness our innate gifts to change how we conduct business and life. I’m a sensual woman interested in the world of pleasure and a stand for the balance of ‘the masculine and feminine’ and receive continuous insights on up-leveling our mental operating system to a more yin-based mode which allows for more ease, grace, and enjoyment in heightened productivity.
