When my son was born with a life-threatening condition, I had no off-switch.
While other leaders recovered between crises, I lived inside one - parenting through medical chaos, a dissolving marriage, and post-divorce reinvention.

And no - I didn’t power through on grit.
I’m not thick-skinned. I’m sensitive. I fatigue. I need space.
But I’m still here - not in spite of that, but because I built something else.
