THE SPARK
One day. A real stage. Seven leaders. Nothing will be the same.
You are brilliant behind closed doors.
In the meeting, in the conversation, in the quiet moments where you know exactly what you think and exactly what you'd say - you're extraordinary.
But on the stage? At the front of the room? On camera?
Something happens. The breath shortens. The voice flattens. The leader who had everything to say goes somewhere else and leaves a polished, pleasant, slightly smaller version of you in their place.
And here's what that costs you.
- The promotion that went to someone louder.
- The pitch you didn't land because you didn't own the room.
- The idea that died because you couldn't find the words in time.
- The reputation that doesn't match your actual ability.
Staying small isn't safe. It's expensive. It costs you influence, income, and the impact you're here to make.
THE SPARK is a one-day theatre experience for leaders who are done paying that price.
A real stage in Greenwich. An intimate group. One day that breaks something open that doesn't close again.
Here's what happens:
We start with defining what power - real, earned, embodied power - means for you. About what's actually inside you that hasn't made it out into the world yet.
Then we go to work.
You find your three minutes. Your thirty seconds. The thing you'd say if you knew they were really listening.
We work with breath, with presence, with every unspoken rule you've been obeying: be pleasant, don't take up too much space, don't seem threatening - and we discover what happens when you stop that.
Then you walk on the stage.
And you speak.
By the end of the day you will have stood on a real stage and spoken powerfully in front of others who were just as committed as you. You'll have been seen. Filmed. Cheered on.
And you will be hungry for more.

"They get anxious. I get happy. My job is to make sure by the end of the day you feel exactly what I feel when I walk on a stage - that you've come home." Evelyne Brink
