But the next level asks something different. A TEDx isn't a presentation around your expertise. A keynote to five hundred people isn't a conversation you know well. These are crafted pieces. Every word chosen. Every pause intentional. Timed, shaped, built to land.

And most brilliant leaders at your level have never been taught how to do that. How to write a script that still sounds like you. How to break habitual vocal patterns that feel natural but limit your range. How to strip out the language that sounds impressive in a meeting but loses an audience on a stage. Two hours together to connect, craft and refine your message. We find what you are burning to say. We identify every habit of smallness you've quietly collected. So you arrive to your stage day ready not just prepared, but ignited.

18th September

The Theatre, Greenwich

A real theatre. Real lights. The kind of silence before you walk out that makes your heart pound in your throat.

That pounding is the point.

We begin with a conversation about power. What it actually is. What becomes possible the moment you fully unleash yours.

Then we find every rule you have been unconsciously obeying. Be pleasant. Be professional. Keep it together. Don't be too much. We look at them clearly. And then we put them down.

By the end of this day you will  spoken with a power that surprises even you. You will know, in your body, what it feels like to be fully expressed. Not almost. Not nearly. Fully.

You leave with stage-ready content.
