Personal ‘just in time’ support for your Leadership Critical Impact opportunities

Evelyne will work as your performance coach to enable you to prepare and perform to be your best when it matters most. Providing laser ‘just in time’ contact as needed and when possible.

The above would be explored and developed with you across the year. In the initial briefing call the most useful rhythm would be agreed.

Typically it consists of:

• 12 months of support
• 1x 2 hour session per month ( in person and or zoom) this could also be broken into 4x 30 min weekly sessions or 1 half day session.
• Video recordings to review together and on your own
• A dedicated WhatsApp number for ‘just in time’ support
• Preparation – Rehearsals - Performance Feedback for leadership Critical Impact opportunities
• Useful resources – bespoke training exercises
